Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Autoscratchpad LLC and Autoscratchpad.com ships merchandise to all locations in the United States served by UPS, its selected contract carrier. International shipments may require a differenct carrier, additional costs, and additional shipment duration. Customer always bears the cost and risk of product shipment. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax
Autoscratchpad LLC and Autoscratchpad.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Warranties
The Scratch Pad Limited Warranty and Return Policy -- Please Read.

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the Scratch Pad product accompanied by this limited warranty statement. Only original consumers purchasing this product may obtain coverage under this limited warranty. A substitution of a new identical replacement product will be furnished to the original consumer purchaser evidencing original purchase documentation. The laws of the State of California, govern this limited warranty. Such laws afford you specific legal rights in connection with product limited warranty.

The warranty period is two (2) years from the documented date of your purchase of the product.

This limited warranty does NOT cover any problem with the product that is caused by (a) its commercial (i.e., non-private residential installation) use, (b) intentional or accidental damage or destruction caused by improper usage (such as puncture, tearing, cutting, bending, burning or melting), improper installation, or improper storage prior to installation, (c) modification or alteration of the product by the purchaser for any reason, (d) material abuse of the product, such as lengthy storage or installation in heat or direct sunlight, the application of coatings, such as paints, use of caustic cleaners, chemicals, or other coatings or solutions which are corrosive or destructive to aluminum and rubber-based products, or (e) application of excessive weight to the coated guy wires of the product, such as using the installed product as a hoist, swing, lifting device or anchor not intended by its routine product support function. Excessive weight is defined as weight greater than the weight of the installed product itself.

Limitation of Liability and Damages Clause

The original consumer purchaser of this product is amply warned by 1) this notice, 2) a notice appearing on our website at autoscratchpad.com, and 3) a red warning tag attached to all shipped products that there are inherent child safety considerations to the proper installation, usage and supervision of the installed product. The original consumer purchaser is responsible for all of the proper installation, maintenance, usage and child safety supervision of this product. By purchase and installation of this product and having been duly notified of the safety requirements of this product, the original consumer purchaser agrees to a waiver and to hold harmless the seller, Autoscratchpad LLC, of responsibility, in any way, for loss, damages, or claims arising out of direct damages, third-party damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, or related costs and claims connected with original consumer purchaser's the improper installation, usage or child safety supervision of this product.

Should the original consumer purchaser choose NOT agree with the foregoing waiver and limitation of liability and damages, or should your state of residence not allow the foregoing seller's waiver and limitation, you have the choice to install (creates a waiver and limitations) or return the product, using routine ground shipping, the unused and uninstalled purchased product, in its original packaging, to seller promptly for a full and immediate refund of the purchase price of the product, less in-bound and out-bound shipping costs and a restocking fee.

To obtain your replacement product under this Limited Warranty, the original consumer purchaser does the following:

Step 1: Determine that the product was, in fact, purchased within two (2) years of current discovery of any defects in materials or workmanship,

Step 2: Contact the seller, Autoscratchpad LLC, by email to Customer Support@autoscratchpad.com or telephone Customer Support at (310) 377-6452 to arrange for return of the defective product and shipment of its replacement. Location of your original purchase invoice, including model and date of purchase, will assist in warranty coverage validation. We will assist you to the extent possible with this verification, should you be unable to locate your invoice or shipping information.

Step 3: Warranty replacements, once verified, will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of your claim to the address provided by the original consumer purchaser
